Requirements:
- Qualification as an attorney in any major Common Law jurisdiction (preferred US, UK, AUS, NZ).
- Experience in cross border and high-value M&A transactions.
- Native or near native English language communication and drafting skills.
- Japanese language skills are not essential, but would preferred.
