A Tier 1 US Investment bank is currently looking for lawyers to join their Capital Markets & M&A Legal Team. This is a new headcount.
- Base compensation up to 24mJPY plus bonus
- New Headcount on account of increase in high profile M&A Transactions
- Joining a team of 3 lawyers including head of Team
- Total Legal Team Size: 14 people
- Ideal candidate comes with either Capital Markets or Corporate/M&A background. Open to candidates coming from other areas of finance
- Ideal PQE between 5-15 years (flexible)
- Candidate will be involved in a business unique to the Japan market.
