Our story began over a decade ago, when a team of trusted recruiters, long accustomed to working together, came together to build something new. When the company they were part of was acquired, they saw an opportunity to do things differently: to build a business that prioritized people, not placements.

Over time, many of our long-time clients began turning to us for support with senior HR hiring as well. It quickly became clear that human resources was the next critical area where we could add real value, so we created Just HR to fulfil their needs.
