With over two decades of executive-level search experience in Japan, Julian brings a wealth of insight to leadership hiring.
Since 2004, he has partnered with multinational corporations to execute mandates across industries and functions.
His approach is rooted in candid collaboration with decision-makers, in Japan and overseas, resulting in a deep understanding of their business and talent needs.
Having lived in Japan for 20 years, he combines cultural fluency with an ability to cut through complexity - earning the confidence of clients and candidates alike.
Away from work Julian enjoys any time he can get with his teenage kids, gardening, visiting new places, the Arts, and is an avid follower of Leeds United and Rugby League.
