Ghil Fernandez joined Just HR as an Associate Consultant, bringing a strong foundation in search and a growing focus on HR leadership recruitment across Japan.

He has worked across a range of industries, including Human Resources, Technology, Sales and Supply Chain, with a particular focus on candidate sourcing, market mapping and engaging passive talent. Over the past two years, he has supported a wide variety of searches, from specialist to executive level roles, building a reputation for his consultative approach and attention to detail.
