Pierre Davies joined Just HR in 2025, bringing a global perspective and a passion for executive search.

He began his career in executive and retained search in 2023, focusing on senior leadership roles across the retail and B2C sectors. Known for his consultative approach and attention to detail, he has built a reputation for partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver thoughtful high-impact results.

A graduate of Durham University with a degree in Modern Languages and Cultures, Pierre is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Japanese. With roots in both England and France and now based in Tokyo, he brings a deep appreciation for cultural nuance and effective communication to his work.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports and has a particular interest in Japanese literature.
