Position Requirements:
- Admission to the bar in any Common or Civil Law jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 year of post-qualification experience in corporate M&A.
- Experience or interest in venture capital transactions.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Japanese language skills are not required but are advantageous.
