Position Requirements:

• Admission to the bar in any Common or Civil Law jurisdiction. 
• Minimum of 5 year of post-qualification experience in corporate M&A.
• Experience or interest in venture capital transactions.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Japanese language skills are not required but are advantageous.
