Title: Bengoshi Associate/Counsel, Real Estate and Investment Funds
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to cross-border real estate/funds transactions.
- Advising clients on real estate law, investment funds, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Managing due diligence processes and risk assessments.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored legal solutions.
Qualifications:
- Qualified in Japan (Bengoshi) with 3–10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven expertise in real estate law, including commercial transactions.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Native fluency in Japanese, business-level English preferred.
