Rocky began his executive search career in 2021, initially focusing on Digital Commercial roles before specializing in the legal sector in 2024. He works with both corporations and private practice firms, with a particular focus on sourcing in-house legal leadership talent across B2B and B2C industries.

Originally from Jakarta, Indonesia, Rocky relocated to Japan to join Just Legal, where he now dedicates himself to supporting clients with strategic hiring needs in the legal market.

Beyond his professional work, Rocky brings the same commitment and discipline to his personal pursuits. He is a classically trained pianist, a HYROX finisher and enthusiast, and an advocate of mindfulness practice.
