Position Requirements:

• Attorney qualified in a major Common or Civil Law jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 year of post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• No Japanese language skills are needed.
• Strong educational background.
• Experience at a major international law firm is required.
