Senior Compliance manager
Leading Global Consumer Goods Company is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to support and strengthen its compliance program in Japan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, managing compliance risks, and driving a culture of integrity within a multinational organization.

Mission
- Partner with senior stakeholders to oversee and enhance the compliance program in Japan
- Advise on compliance and ethics matters, including anti-bribery, investigations, risk assessments, and third-party compliance
- Lead compliance training, monitoring, and awareness initiatives
- Support a strong culture of integrity and ethical decision-making across the business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, or related functions
- Experience within a multinational and regulated industry environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of compliance programs, investigations, governance, and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Japanese and English
