Ideal candidate is a Japan qualified lawyer 

Ideal candidate comes from a financing background in sell-side (LBO Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, etc)

Candidate will be involved in covering matters ranging from Project Finance, LBO Finance, Asset Finance, Vanilla loans and deposits & normal revolving credit facility 

Candidate will have the opportunity to expand into derivatives as well (notes, derivatives products like OTC and master agreements) 

Position is considered as succession planning role 

Work from Home: 2 days ; 100% social insurance paid
