Global streaming entertainment company that produces and distributes original films, series, and licensed content to subscribers worldwide via an on‑demand digital platform.
Mission

Collaborating with various business partners such producers, artist, agencies, etc to generate content
-
Structure, negotiate, and draft agreements for commissioning, developing, and producing local content.

Handle legal issues from creation to streaming and marketing.
Requirements
-
Preferred Bar Qualification in Japan or common law jurisdiction
-
Minimum 5+ years legal experience either IH or Law firm
-
Experience in B2B Service provider, Entertainment, media, e-commerce, platform Industry welcomed

Great communications skills and strong stakeholder management

Fluent in Japanese & English
