The position offers broad scope, from policy and training program design, through internal communications, whistleblower reports, and investigations, to shareholder meeting operations.

Requirements
- professional fluency in all aspects of Japanese and English
- experience in Legal, Compliance, or Governance functions
- experience in a publicly-listed Japanese corporation or major MNC or Corporate Law firm or Consulting firm
- a passion for Compliance and its impact on business performance
