Tier 1 US Investment Bank, ISDA Documentation/Negotiator, Associate to VP: 

Role: Candidate will focus on fixed income documentation - drafting/negotiating documentation required for clients trading fixed income products. 

Responsibilities: 
1. Drafting & Negotiation of ISDA documentations including VM and IM CSAs, counterparty guarantees, GMSLA, GMRA, JSDA repo/gensaki agreements, etc.
2. Drafting & negotiation of clearing agreements for OTC and listed derivatives, Clear Derivatives Execution Agreement, Electronic Transactions Agreement, etc. 

Ideal Candidate: 
1. Ideal Candidate comes with prior experience in ISDA documentation/negotiation
2. Role is open to Risk Management candidates or Structured Financing lawyers 

Language: Fluency in English and Jpanaese

Compensation: up to 20mJPY base +/- plus bonus
