Yvonne joined Just HR in 2025 as an Associate Consultant, bringing a strong background in executive search and sourcing as she contributes to our focus on HR recruitment across Japan.

She has supported searches across a wide range of industries, including Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, IT, and Sales and Marketing. With experience in sourcing and market mapping, Yvonne combines structure and empathy to connect clients with the right talent and help candidates navigate the next step in their careers.

Yvonne is passionate about enabling people and organizations to grow. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail allow her to add value throughout the recruitment process, supporting Just HR's commitment to building long-term partnerships and delivering leadership talent with impact.
