Madoka Nawasaki is a recruiter specializing in executive-level HR positions.

Originally from Fukuoka and raised in Chiba, Madoka studied Psychology at Rikkyo University. After gaining three and a half years of experience in the real estate industry, he taught himself English and transitioned into HR recruitment at multinational companies.

In 2022, he joined Michael Page as an HR-specialized recruiter. Over the course of three years, he achieved APAC No.1 HR Recruiter twice. He was also promoted to Manager at the fastest pace in the history of the Japan office and was invited to the company’s incentive trips in recognition of his performance.

In 2025, as an HR Team Manager, he built the most productive team in the office, achieving numerous successes both individually and as a leader. He is known for his quick responsiveness and strong relationship-building skills, which have helped him establish a solid reputation within the industry.

Outside of work, Madoka enjoys backpacking around the world and was selected for the Chiba Prefecture futsal representative team in his age category.
