Having worked in businesses that led to acquisitions, acquired and needed operational alignment or establishing new businesses, Scott has sought out companies in change and has thrived.

Focusing on strategy, operational excellence and employee development, Scott's passion to lead and support people both internally and the client side, make him an excellent addition to our growing team at Just Group.

As our COO, Scott will lead our operational development, L&D, and business development, ensuring consistently high quality across the Group and for our customers.
