- Provide legal advice on domestic and cross‑border matters, including regulatory, corporate, and commercial issues
- Support global compliance programs and groupwide governance frameworks
- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments impacting international operations
- Review and support contracts, business structures, and strategic transactions
- Advise on new products, services, and business models from a legal and compliance perspective
- Partner with overseas subsidiaries and coordinate with external legal advisors
- Support regulatory inquiries, internal investigations, and incident response, as needed
