Global Entertainment company with great consumer branding is looking for a Legal Content Business Manager.  

Company  

Global streaming entertainment company that produces and distributes original films, series, and licensed content to subscribers worldwide via an on‑demand digital platform.  

Mission  

• Collaborating with various business partners such producers, artist, agencies, etc to generate content  

• Structure, negotiate, and draft agreements for commissioning, developing, and producing local content.  

• Handle legal issues from creation to streaming and marketing.  

Requirements   

• Preferred Bar Qualification in Japan or common law jurisdiction  

• Minimum 5+ years legal experience either IH or Law firm  

• Experience in B2B Service provider, Entertainment, media, e-commerce, platform Industry welcomed  

• Great communications skills and strong stakeholder management   

• Fluent in Japanese & English
