A leading international law firm in Tokyo is looking to hire a mid to senior associate into its IP team.

The focus is on cross-border, transactional work, including:
- IP aspects of M&A and joint ventures
- Technology and IP licensing agreements
- IP due diligence on international deals
- Structuring and commercialization of IP across jurisdictions

Requirements:
- Qualified in US, England & Wales, Australia, Singapore, or Hong Kong
- 4–10 years PQE
- Experience in IP transactions or technology-related work
- Strong drafting and client-facing skills in English

Preferred (not required):
- Exposure to technology, data, or digital businesses
