- Provide legal support for Japan‑related strategic and engagement investments, including M&A and other complex transactions
- Act as a deal lead for investments, overseeing legal aspects from due diligence through negotiation and execution
- Manage and coordinate litigation matters in Japan, including appraisal and shareholder‑related cases
- Draft and review legal documents such as NDAs, shareholder notices, powers of attorney, and information requests
- Coordinate closely with investment teams to deliver timely, pragmatic legal advice
- Manage relationships with external counsel in Japan and globally, with a focus on cost efficiency and effective outcomes
- Support regional and global initiatives in collaboration with legal and investment teams outside Japan

- 国内外の外部弁護士との連携およびコスト意識を持ったマネジメント
