Mission
- Serve as the legal leader for all group entities in Japan as a trusted advisor to leadership teams
- Guides day-to-day legal, regulatory commercial, M&A/JV, compliance and governance for Japan
- Managing the legal team members
Requirements
- Preferred Bar Qualification in Japan or common law jurisdiction
- Minimum 15+ years legal experience either IH or Law firm
- Experience in B2B Service provider, technology, manufacturing Industry welcomed
- Great communications skills and strong stakeholder management
- Fluent in Japanese & English
- Team management expereince or willingness to learn
